What time of the day you take them does not matter. However they should be taken with food. They have to attach themselves to protein in the body in order for them to do any good. Otherwise they just go right through you. Also there is less chance of stomach upset caused from the citric acid of vitaman C when taken on a full stomach.

I take 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in an 8 oz. glass of water 2 times per day. It has 93 vitamins and minerals. I take it after I wake up, before any meals, but you are supposed to take the pill form after a meal.

At night, gastrointestinal motility is slower so there is more time for more complete absorption, but no matter when a basically healthy person takes them; the body will take what it needs, so it doesn't matter.

Any time that suits you. However, if you take them in the morning, they may give you antioxident benefits when out in the sun, but you should always wear sunblock anyway.
