Dogs will naturally eat the droppings from a Guinea Pig. It's totally clean to the touch, and is high in nutrients. Remember it's meat eaters that have their dung full of disease, and Guinea Pigs are herbivores. I can't answer about rabbit poo.

Well, It should not, unless your dog has been digging and (ewwww) eating the rabbit and Guinea pigs droppings.
I suggest you go chat to your vet if you are really worried.

The only way they can infect the digestive track, is if they eat some thing from them, eg contaminated food or faeces (pooh), otherwise they should not causes any problems.

I had rabbits & guinnea pigs they had no effect on my dog & mine also come into the house.They were not dirty or smelly.
