I guess he didnt like being rejected and once he realised you had just used him he wanted to hurt you maybe like you hurt him. I mean how would you feel if the shoe was on the other foot. Think about it, the lesson to be learnt is dont use people and i would feel like spitting at you if you done that to me.

Hi Cabbage,
Well you have had the moral stance from people, now lets have a look at the law.
If you are in the UK.
Being followed on more than one occasion is stalking. This is contrary to the Protection from Harrassment Act, which is an offence.
Being groped is sexual assault and being spit on is assault.
These are all serious offences. Go to the police and press charges. Next time it could be worse. The person may think that because they got away with the first attack they will get away with it again.
Next time, don't just use someone for your own gratification. It's not nice and does not look good for you. Word may get around and then when you meet that someone special they may not want to know you.
Good luck.

One complaint from women sometimes is that men just use them for sex (or they worry that men are just using them for sex). Problems arise in this scenario when the boundaries of a particular relationship aren't clear (e.g. one person thinks it's just a bit of fun, the other thinks it's serious and is going somewhere). I don't think your case is any different.
The fact that he's from a rough and tough estate may or may not be the reason for what happened to you. You can't necessarily blame his background on his friend's behaviour. Plenty of decent law-abiding citizens live on rough estates. But you should report this behaviour to the police as nobody deserves to undergo this.

Report the person who spat on you to the police.
It's a case of men feeling that it's OK for them to just enjoy themselves with us...but they take offence when they realise that they have been treated in the same way.

You can file a case on unjust vexation against the person who spit on you. It is a crime defined under the Penal Laws.
