It should be fine. The diclofenac is a mild pain reliever used for arthritic inflammation and the cilamox (Amoxil) is for infection. The problem with tramadol will be if you're allergic to codeine or if you take too many tramadol. Ask the pharmacist if you have any doubts and use the cilamox until it's used up.
