Does a 2000 Jeep Wranger Sport 4.0 Liter engine have a timing belt or a timing chain?

It has a timing chain located behind the water pump.

The 4.0 Liter I6 engines have a timing chain. Just looked it up in my Haynes manual. Even the V8's have a timing chain. If you need replacement instructions let me know and I will email you the instructions from my manual.

a yeah its a chain the guy who said belt is well is not the brightest bulb in the shop
