I know that Chinese eat pork. Kazakh don't. But Do Japanese eat pork? I have no idea.

Tonkatsu ( breaded fried pork ) is one of Japans favourite dishes. It is eay to make and delicious, here's a recipe

Yes. Most of their ramen soup is pork based, using the bones to make the stock, and also serving the dish with slices of pork.

Yes, definitely. Pork is popular, especially in the eastern part of the country where Tokyo is. In the western part, where Kyoto and Osaka rule, beef is more in demand for reasons unknown.

Yes, even though the Japenese are known for their wonderful sushi they eat pork too and I have to say quite often.
