Unlike the people above I will not judge you or say that their is something wrong with you. Infact looking at your other question as well I feel for your situation. I had a look at your profile after the great answer that you gave to my question. If you two are in love then there is nothing wrong with it and you can't help who you fall in love with. I didn't realise until after, that there is a British Yahoo Answers (.co.uk) as well as this American one (.com). You will not find the understanding or enlighting views on the American Yahoo Answers that you would on a European one. But that being said let me try and help your situation. Could you two stay somewhere else during the visit, a friends house for example where you won't be disturbed? How about another room where you Gran isn't, or going for a trip to the next village and spend the night in a hotel.

ummm... If it is mostly your grandmother in the house then try and go to the room or the bathroom to do stuff. Find some "toys" to use and such.
as to the whole incest thing, I guess it is ok somewhat in this sort of relationship.
