well,i didnt do anything bad and i m not guility..just that when i talk with all my church friend..i will feel anxious,nervous and uncomfortable... but when i talk to my school friend..i feel very relax.....please tell me how come tis happen on me

The most effective way to get help for this would be to see a therapist and/or psychiatrist in your area. If that is not possible, here are some alternatives: 1. Figure out why you are antisocial and fix it yourself. It sounds like you want everyone to see a "fake" version of you and you don't want anyone to know the real you. Why is that (i.e. did someone make fun of you as a child or abuse you)? Do your best to let it go and move on. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH WHO YOU ARE! People can be mean, that is their problem, not yours! 2. What is it about marijuana that makes you feel better? Is it just that it calms you down? I'm not going to tell you to stop using it, but it would probably make it easier for you legally if you learn relaxing breathing exercises from the internet. Try to find something to replace mary-j's effects naturally and legally. 3. Write down EVERYTHING that you see as problematic to your life now. ( Ex: I sleep too much, I eat too much, I don't care about anything) Even if you might not think it's a big problem, it might make a difference when a psychiatrist is trying to prescribe medication to you. Good luck! I know I said it at the beginning, but do your best to find a psychologist and/or psychiatrist. A good one might be difficult to find, but if you are successful it will definitely be worth it!

A friend of mine is like that. For her it is because she can not cope seeing the condition of her son. My mum is like that too, her reason is because she worries about everything and can not at a time rest a bit. She has trouble sleeping and we cant even dine at a restaurant without her worrying it is time to do this and that, and we got to leave. It is really terrible to have her like that around, so we gradually and steady efforts also love from all of us, also her self-relization, before this, she would just snap at out comments and not want to hear anything other than what she thought was right, so she is now better. Sleeping better at nights and have more relaxed time with us and my sister and grandchildren when we come over on the holidays. Maybe you are afraid of your past sins? You think that the church people are so sinless and you feel so sinfull that you feel that way yourself. I dont go to church but I know God forgives you if you know how to ask for forgiveness in the right ways.

Do you feel like you are being judged? I find that sometimes some of our churchgoing friends have a holier then thou attitude which is not what God would have us to be.Sure we need to sing to him, pray to him and hold him in our hearts and minds but He says such people with the holier then thou attitudes are a stench to his nostrils. Here is what I suggest. Be yourself, be close to Jesus and he will be the one to perfect you. As far as everyone else goes love them but under no shape or form are you to let them make you think you are not worthy of Him. We are covered in Jesus's blood right?

Some people we are with are just pleasurable. Religion creats to much agrument. And no gets any where. I get anxious too if i talk on one subject repeatly. You are still a child of God and don,t have to prove anything.

No suggestion help you to overcome your problem.It is your own.But try to find out your weakpoints and repair it.If you fail to to do that take it casual that it is not necessary now rather you pass by your positive side that you have to role. Otherwise practice to follow the happenings believing that once it will be solved by your honesty.Remember honesty, simplicity live now in hell!

Are your church friends judgemental. I mean, really think about this. If they found out you were smoking cigarettes or having sex or something, wouldn't they judge you? How about your school friend?
