Hello, definitely the easiest and wide spread accent is the Egyptian. The reason is very simple, most of the movie industry and especially the music is produced in Egypt, hence the actors and singers do use namely the Egyptian accent or they are "forced" to acquire a good knowledge of it, because of their career!! I can give you examples as the too famous singer Zekra ( from Tunisian origin, God to bless her soul) changed her accent in the albums she released into Egyptian..or Assala and many others.
The Egyptian accent is not too different from the Lebanese, though bothare kind of softer and milder in tone ( as to me) and the great advantage is that Egyptian is relatively easier to be learnt by a foreigner, mainly as spoken, than the official modern Arabic ( the written one), which is tough.

Let me give you one example, the Arabic word for "heart" is "qalb", "my heart" is " qalby", but both in Egyptian and Lebanese they pronunciate it softer as "alby" ( you can hear that in songs", in the Gulf countries it is "jalby" and other parts "galby"..
No available vocabularies in Egyptian or Lebanese.

Hope that helps!
Have a great day!

Actually when people say Egyptian accent they mean both the difference in pronunciation and voc.
the difference between Egyptian and Lebanese accent is that they use different pronunciation and vocabulary.. but both are quite known in the Arab world due to the entertainment industry there.
to understand the difference you must understand the official language
They are both derived from it, but they change the pronunciation of the words. Lebanese is softer than Egyptian
I think Lebanese is easier..but it all depends where you are living or residing in
