No, virtually all do it (>99%) by the time they enter puberty, even if they say they don't or if they're told they shouldn't.
While masturbating more than a couple times a day may not be the greatest thing in the world, repressing oneself certainly isn't healthy either. Certainly your physical health is in no way at risk.

1. can male penus bent/curved (sometimes enjoyed by females during sex)
2. can leave spots on the penus ..
3. lack of motivation to build social relatonships or have real sex
4. lack of confidence
5. low testosterone levels means less drive or zest in life
6. can leave a man impotent
