He is the most powerful, most beautiful, most knowledgeable, most detached from everything, strongest of all, possessing all magic powers....and just in His dealings...

People who are sufferring here, have a strange feeling that they don't deserve to suffer, while, daily killing other creatures unnecessrily for food or sport.
They think they know a lot...but dont even know the basic Truth:we are not this body, but spirit souls...
They think they are so rich...but at death, everything is taken away from them...
They think:let's control this part of the world, sending soldiers-and so avoiding to be killed themselves-and get away with such murders...[God is not watching them!]

The sage, having understood his insignificance, surrender to God's power and love, and become His eternal servant.
He also knows that God can be called with differnt Names, according to time and place.
He lives in peace with other living entities, and spread divine knowledge to others, who are in darkness, doubt, and sufferings.

The fact that you think God even has characteristics is your first mistake. Stop making God human; He's not. Not even close. Why do you think He uses Wrath so much before He sends Jesus to die on the cross? He didn't know what Human Suffering was until then. He still doesn't know, though...because the whole time He was suffering (because it was truly Himself He sent down to Earth. God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit being one whole Entity...the Holy Trinity thing...) Anyway...the Whole time He was "suffering" He KNEW that He was God, that He would have somewhere to go after His Death, because He's the all-knowing, don't you know? A HUMAN doesn't know what will happen after his or her death...all they know to be absolute is that they will, in fact, one day die. A human would have suffered more than Jesus (and essentially God) did when He died upon the cross.

The nature of the Creator is total altruism, no thought of self benefit whatsoever, but only for the benefit of His Creation.

This is the complete opposite of human nature, which is total egoism. Put simply, the Creator gives, and we receive.

Until we come to a state of working in order to benefit the Creation in the same manner the Creator does, i.e. with no thought of self-benefit, we will feel this oppositeness more and more as something bad. Therefore, we too must learn the main characteristics of the Creator, and copy them onto ourselves.

The question is, how do we do it?

I don't agree with the question. It presupposes that God is other- a dualistic view. Study the eastern philosophies / religions and in time you will find yourself asking smarter questions.
