Free CD Key Finder?

Does anyone know of a FREE program that can recover complete CD keys?

I’ve lost the CD Key for Sim City 4 Rush Hour, so I can’t re-install it.

I’m after anything that would help me recover the Key from the CD, or install it minus the key.

CD KEY - It is a software develpers code which restrict the free usage of program, So, any such program for unlocking the code is illegal and cannot be supported.
