the milk was left in room temp for a night only. smell a bit sour.

No, but if it was spoilt long enough, your body will reject it and you'll vomit. This will happen pretty soon after you drank it. If not,then I wouldn't lose any sleep over it.

Maybe, depending on how much you drank and how long it actually sat out at room temperature. If it didn't separate and wasn't chunky (which I doubt happened since it was unopened to begin with), then you might vomit once or twice just to get it out of your system, but you'll be fine after that.

You might get an upset stomach, but I'd think that's about the worst of it. Spoiled milk smells and probably tastes worse than it really is.

You will probably have to wait and see. If you start throwing up and stuff, then yep. It's kind of a hit and miss. Be more careful in the future.

Depends on how much of it you drank... If you tasted it and spit it out, you should be okay. If you chugged it though, let's just hope you don't have anything important to do tomorrow.

you might have as spoilt milk usually has lots of bacteria in it.
