Let me give you another bombshell realization. You don't see all the sex questions that get removed, because, well they've been removed. How COULD you see them!? So obviously there are a lot more being removed than you realize.

Surely you can't be serious? Cheating is not which bit goes where. Cheating is having any sort of sex with someone other than your wife/girlfriend unless this has been previously agreed with her e.g. me and my hubbie are swingers so, in our opinion, we are not cheating.
