Nothing will help...just time.
You say you have tried make up, have you tried a concealer stick before the foundation and powder, its worked for me in the past.
Don't let him bite you in future, its not good to have so many blood vessels broken unnecessarily

There is a make up called Dermablend, you want the liquid, not the stick. You can buy it at a department store make up counter. It's a little expensive, but works really well to cover discolorations. Until then, try a shirt, scarf, etc.

stick a spoon in the freezer and hold against your neck when its totally froze, or another way which is a little painful is take a toothbrush and scrub at it......it gets red and wont go away right away but it pushes the blood back down. both have worked for me when I had them before. the toothbrush is probably your best bet but like I said, it isn't the most convienant and non-irritating

Try the spoon trick, or a Chapstick cap. Accidentally? Alright... Wear a turtle neck.

toothpaste. the white kind, I don't know why, that's what I used to hear in high school.
If that doesn't work, you can get away with a turtleneck since it's winter time.
