Its not that it isn't a big deal for us guys... but we really don't get to enjoy that first kiss because all the pressure is on US. We have to make the first move and we're worried about if its the right time or did I mis-read a signal or something. If some of you damn women would just take charge once in a while maybe we could enjoy that first kiss the way you girls do.

Depends on if the girl knows how to give a kiss or is just slobbering on him. The guy has to know something about giving as well though.
