I was at knott's berry farm last year for the haunt event and i would notice that when we were in line in front or in back of kids wearing Hollister, I did not feel comfortable. They would laugh and talk so loud and would be rolling their eyes at other groups of people. One girl also pulled out like two 100 dollar bills.

Why is this question posted in the category that deals with the "Military"? Don't you think it would be more appropriate to post it in a category such as "Polls & Surveys"?

My 14 year old stepdaughter will ONLY shop at Hollister (or Abercrombie&Fitch) and although she's NOT snobby (she's actually very outgoing), she is a bit materialistic (her mom is VERY materialistic). *shrug*

I don't know why you felt "uncomfortable" though...who the F cares what someone is wearing or how much money they had with them. Don't let others make you feel inferior just because you don't have what they have. And also remember you're talking about TEENAGERS...they CAN be eye-rollers and loud at times. They do it for attention (especially the girls)...they want to be seen and heard and want people to think they're "cool". *shrug* Just ignore it.

On a random note: I love Knott's Berry Farm and I especially LOVE Halloween Haunt!

they're just normal, snobby teens who think they're better than everyone else. You can't really judge them by their clothes, but they think they're richer than other people because the clothes at hollister aren't cheap. a regular jacket costs like $250, and if you can't afford to buy that, they look down on you. But they could really be nice kids, you just have to get to know them. I'm a teen myself, and i don't know why i'm talking crap about teens, when two of my best friends shop at hollister. they're really nice, but want a lot of attention. so, yeah...

they sound like normal teens. but don't judge other kids by the brand they wear. Hollister just happens to be a good brand with style. If a kid appears snobby it's just because they are confident and aren't sure about who they are yet. don't be intimidated by them. just because they are not like you doesn't mean they are not good kids. they just are differant from you.
