How do I burn a MP3 cd using Windows Media Player 11. I have looked at the options and all i can find is Data Disc or Audio CD.
I want to make a mp3 cd so i can fit more songs on my cd.

.......mp3 is data.
that's exactly what you should do
i sincerely hope you haven't spent even 1/10 of the time at this that i've spent on my adventure today.

The average mp3 file is 3MB at 128Mbps, but you can make this smaller.
If you canvert it using Windows Moviemaker, you can save it as WMA at a lower bitrate eg 96kbps, you probably wont notice the difference in sound quality, but the file itself will be 30% smaller. In this way you would be able to fit 30% more Mp3's on a disc.
Alternatives include converting to mp3 or AAC at a lower bitrate using SUPER http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html
