Do not fear. It quite is dependent upon how tall you might be. I'm 5 foot 11 and i'm thirteen and i'm a man.. I weigh a excellent 142, very likely more. But alternatively, i am tall... You might be too young to be traumatic about your weight, i feel that anorexia is worse than weight problems. You aren't even that tremendous. Girls are inclined to preserve their "dog fats" until they're a good 15 years historical. As for the running, hold doing it, it will preserve you fit and healthful. Additionally drink a number of water and milk, milk hardens bone and strengthens muscle, considering the fact that of the protein and calcium in it. I drink 2L if milk a day and i consider that's hwy i'm so tremendous. And it is just about not possible, even for an adult to lose 30 pounds in 2 weeks, except they're like four hundred kilos to begin with. Electronic mail me if you need more information.

There is no conveiveable way other than liposuction or possibly a detox/anenema where you rid your body of intestinal "sluge".
It is said that we carry about 10+lbs of waste in our intestines etc.
Other than that, nothing more than 8-10lbs or so can be lost in the way of water weight in that short period of time.
All ways mentioned may have complications and need doctors supervision.
Even the best "performance enhancing agents" will not be able to give you that kind of weight loss in a short period of time without risking a near death experience...and I am speaking from educational experience here.
There are some bogus answers that are on here and you need to understand that only those drastic ways mentioned will give you what your looking for...but your health is definately at risk.
One should aim to lose 2lbs/wk safely with a proper nutrition game plan mixed with exercise.

Even if you eat NOTHING you won't lose 30 lbs in two weeks and you will probably die of heart failure. For real.
2 lbs a week is good, even on one of those insane crash diets you'll probably only lose 6 or 7 a week at most and you'll make yourself sick. You should have asked this question two months ago.

Duromine works, but you need a doctor to prescribe it. Without pills, cut meat and dairy (as much as you possibly can) out of your diet and exercise as much as you can. If you have a goal then think of it when you're exercising as this helps. Jog (or power walk) 5 times a week and drink lots of water. Don't drink alcohol - it is your worst enemy! Good Luck!

diet pills work- if you cut your food intake and exercise. No particular pill really works if YOU don't control what YOU eat.
Try to eat more fruits and vegetables. NO snacking, soft drinks, suppers or sweets and chocolates!!!!! Try to exercise at least 5times a week for 40min each time. good luck! you can lose some weight but NOT 30pounds in 2weeks-except in your dreams...sorrie..

5 small meals a day at regular routine times each day, sleep at night and get a full 8 hrs, walk daily for at least 30 mins, do cardiovascular workouts, and drink at least 5 glasses of water a day, cut out the sweets and chips and fatty fried food and replace them with whole grains and protein rich food, lots of salads and veggies as snacks, fruit is also a great alternetive to sweets and just keep focused dont get discouraged it might not happen in 2 weeks but if you stay on your diet regiment and keep it up reguarly and pray for the strenght to get you through the temptations then you will eventually lose the weight and keep it off, believe in yourself and your abilities to be who you want to be and you will suceed, miracle drugs dont work sheer willpower and strength is all you need, i will keep you in my prayers, i have faith you can do it, shoot for the stars girl.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

only perscription diet pills work that much weight you have to stop eating and only drink water. totally stupid, 2 pounds a week is normal on a diet.

Try one tablespoon of pure grade B maple syrup, 1/2 a lemon juice and small pinch of cayenne pepper. Do this for two weeks. If you have to eat, eat fruits and vegetables, and lots of water. Good luck!
