As far as I know, TROPHY TOUR in Brig. Katamso Street is quite famous.
But If you are not convinced enough, just exploring along the street. There are quite sum of Travel Agents there.

Non Flight Routes, hmm.. by Speedboat. The details you shall obtain from the Travel Agent I suppose.
I prefer flight though. There are some Low Cost Airlines available i.e Air Asia (www.airasia.com)
