This town needs some law and order, I reckon. Who would you vote as mayor? I'd nominate Jim Darwin myself.

Agreed Banana Snake and Godzilla can be Co-VP's then. :)

Good point Diane.
And Pangel's a good choice too. Maybe we should have a committee?

I am the Mayor. Period. But the Regulars are all equally co-mayor and I love them dearly.

The whole point is to have this be fun, and calling myself the Mayor and the regulars citizens was I thought a cute way of keeping people interested in coming back and being nice to one another.

Even knowing its a fake city, but having a concept of heh I belong,

thats all I was trying to do when I proclaimed myself Mayor, was trying to say heh this is a real group of people with structure, and you belong.

I try to reach out to people who are disgruntled and wanting to leave and ask them to stay,

I like the familiar faces.

No I agree with you that you can't blame people for trying to come and seek a better way of life. But tell me if 4 homeless people got into your house and would not leave and slept in your children's beds and used their bedrooms and ate up some of the food for them and there was not enough to properly feed your children and they messed up your house and decided to open the doors and invite more homeless people into your house and make it more crowded and you had to send your children out to work to feed tall these peple would you not want to "evict" (deport) them out of your house? So it is with a country. A country must first look out for the well being of its own citizens who were already here. Our "elected" officials are not as stupid as you say. They are just following the orders of big business(corporations) who have given them money towards their election campaigns and to both political parties. They are fullfilling the wishes of big business by giving them an ever increasing supply of workers so that they do not have to pay a worker as much since there will be 100 people lined up ofr every job that a person gets fired from for asking for a better working wage. Our politicians are not looking out for the interests of the voters who vote for them. voting is just a big sham because once the politician gets into office then they only do the bidding of the corporations. Our politicians are just following the wishes of their constituents who are the businesses and corporations. We can only solve the proplem by having a revolution and go back to what our founding fathers did in 1776 and declare independence form this govt and start a new one where the elected officials would be forced to work for us ("we the people"). In 1776 we dissolved the ties that bound us to King George The First who sat on the throne in London. We now have to dissolve the ties that bind us to King George the The Third who sits on the throne in Washington D.C. in 2007. That is why the politicians have concocted these immigration laws which are going to give amnesty to lawbreakers, because it is precisely for money and power and the intersts of the big businesses. Thank you for reading this comment and have a good day.

If this is serious x_x...

It needs to be someone who is tolerant of every single religion on this forum, whether it be Baptist, Catholic, Jewish, Atheist, Muslim, or if they worship a chair.

You don't judge people by the color of their skin, so why is it okay to judge by religion?
