You know what's interesting is that when Cain murdered Abel (these are Adam and Eve's boys), God's punishment for him is that Cain will roam the earth by himself. And Cain responds to God by saying that by being alone, he's susceptible to be killed by others. So God puts a mark on Cain as a sign that nobody should kill him. Who are those others? Wouldn't that be a sign that there are other people already in the world and Adam and Even did not populate the entire globe? I'm not sure, but does it even say in the Bible that they populated the entire world? Isn't it that the story is that they were the first man and woman created? Why couldn't there be more people created after them, but they were just not mentioned?
A story has something to say even if it doesn't say everything. For example, in the story of Cinderella, it doesn't dive into details about every lady in the kingdom who tried on the glass slipper. It casually mentions that no girl was able to fit the slipper. It's like how the Bible casually mentions that Cain's mark is a sign for others not to kill him. Perhaps, it's more important for us to pay attention to what the story is actually trying to tell.
Ultimately though, I think questions like those about the beginning of the world will never be answered, maybe until we die and there's an afterlife where we suddenly literally know everything.

It had to start somehow, someway, by someone, right? Adam and Eve lived to be like 800 or so years old. How many kids could they have had in that amount of time. The kids lived a long long time too. They could have had a bunch of kids as well. The Bible doesn't teach that Adam and Eve had only two children. It names two but also shows that they had others.

Adam and Eve had more than two boys. Genesis 5:4 Adam fathered Seth.
Cain and Abel are the two recorded in the Bible because they had a principle involved.
By the time Cain killed Abel there was lots of generations of people on Earth.
Genesis 4:13 and a few verses onwards tells of others on Earth.
Later God scattered mankind over the Earth (Genesis 11:7-8) And they spoke different languages and became different races over time.

Very typical of those who claim to have found an “error” in the Bible, this question depends on the asker not bothering to read a few verses away in Genesis, where it mentions “other sons and daughters”. However, this still leaves us with the uncomfortable concept that there were incestuous relations among the children of Adam and Eve.
Incest is a “taboo” subject in most cultures, although not all. (Ancient Egyptian incest as the most notable exception). In fact, incest became illegal (according to the Bible) at some point in the future from the first inhabitants of the earth.
Have you ever thought about the reason(s) incest is outlawed in nearly every civilization and culture today? Apart from the sociological problems that would likely ensue, the biological consequences are readily evident and they’re not pretty (gross birth defects and idiocy are common).
However, it is likely that Adam and Eve and the other early humans, who lived for many hundreds of years, according to the Bible, were more genetically ‘fit’ than future generations. Consequently, those early residents may have been able to avoid the birth defects that are evident today as a result of incest. Perhaps, the reason that God saw fit to codify the banning of incest was due to the very fact that, at a certain point in human biological history, it began to do great harm to the human race, genetically. We really don’t know for certain. Just speculation here, but, perhaps it’s the same reason that God disallowed homosexual behavior. That is, it doesn’t accomplish God’s purpose and command of populating the earth. [That’s not to say that ‘procreation’ is the only legitimate purpose of heterosexual relations.]
Most people’s natural revulsion, at even the mention of incest, is probably due to our long and universal history of banning the practice. It is in line with the same revulsion that normal humans experience at the thought of other socially destructive practices (i.e. murder and rape).
Other bible-believing scholars has contrived the possibility that God “created” other human beings (that were genetically distinct from the line of Adam and Eve) in order to avoid the necessity of allowing “incest” as the means by which the first humans populated the earth. Unfortunately, there is no scriptural evidence of this ‘extra-Biblical’ doctrine.
I think that we may just have to ‘get over ourselves’ regarding the early practice of incest as a natural explanation for our genetic history. Besides, you have the same problem and questions with the ‘theory of evolution’, unless you subscribe to the ridiculous and unproven notion that ‘Homo sapiens’ were just springing up all over the earth from genetically distinct sources. Let’s face it. We are all just one big happy family.

This is only a parable. If we think of it as a historical story written by man, we will face not only this question, but still other thousands of unanswerable questions: how can be six thousand years only, how to count the days before the creation of the sun, and how much time shall we waste in these immature disputes...
The main lesson of this parable is the command of obedience to the One True God and detachment of all earthly temptations. All other religions teach this same thing under other forms through various languages. No human lessons from eternity to eternity can be compared to this one.
Now is the time for the mature humanity to learn greater lessons of selfless love and use the most powerful means at our hands to build a peaceful and prosperious world for ourselves and our offsprings.

The Bible does say that Adam and Eve were the first. But no where in the good book does it state that they were the only ones God created. If they were the only ones, and if it were in incest as some others have stated. Then how was it that Cain went to live in the land of Nod, east of Eden. Where he found his wife? There had to be others.

You obviouosly didn't read past the first page of the Bible. If you would read it, you would know that Adam and Eve had many more children than just Cain and Able.
