there are a lot of other things, like your diet and or metabolism but that is some good exercise. i should say though, it's probably easier to walk for half an hour and jump for 20 minutes.
or, if you can handle the 30 minutes of jumping, 40 minutes of walking my not be too bad.
get an ipod, you'll double your potential.

Well hon, check it out... it really depends on how many calories you consume in a day. Walking is great and so is the trampoline but if you eat like two jumbo pepperoni pizzas, chances are you won't lose any, you'll gain. What I would suggest is to eat foods that are high in protein because your body actually burns more calories digesting them as opposed to fatty foods, and also drink plenty of water. (1 oz of water for every pound you weigh a day) Fiberous foods are very good as well, and you will be slim and trim for your new bikini bod by summer for sure. Good Luck!!!

Yes, of course. Exercise will help get your body in a position to lose weight. It really depends on why you have the weight to begin with-- medical reasons, overeating, under-exercising, genetics, or a combination of all them? If it's under-exercising, you'll be thinner in no time... if it's a combination of those other factors, I'd look into dieting and medical assistance as well. :) Good luck!
