ya, i would say thats a good start. the gnc 2200 calories shakes are good, although the serving sizes are kind of small. so i would say get it, split up the servings, and just up your eating habits. if you feel yourself getting hungry, call some people up and go grab a burger, or a burritto, or whatver else. Peanut butter like some else said is good, and eating before sleep is always good too. Just eat and maybe some mass supplements. they're everywhere, so just start trying for yourself.

That is a good place to start. GNC products can be pretty costly though. What type of weight gain are you looking at? Do you want more muscle mass? What about increasing your protein intake? I do know some guys that did by the protein mixes at GNC. It did help them but they also changed their diet and increased their caloric intake.

eat more planned meals during the day, make sure to have an even meal of carbs, protein and green vegies. with supplements the best one i believe on market is Redback complete protein, have three of these a day. body ripped Androbolin is a natural plant based testosterone, take 5ml mixed in juice once a day. train hard and you will notice the difference. my husband takes those supplements plus creatine and he is competing in natural bodybuilding.

A good way to gain weight is to eat ice cream late or whenever you are about to go to bed and sleep. it could even be in the day time when you sleep. Peanut butter, ice cream, vitamins a day are really good.

I think if u control ur diet then it will be fine.Eat banana with curd rice.Or take warm lemon water every mornig with out having anything before.
