You may have damaged your intercostal nerves and have a condition called intercostal neuralgia. See an interventional pain management specialist who can better assess you and determine the treatment needed.

Gentleman your question isn't a appropriate one, neither pain site nor time of pain. How should one repply to such casual question?
There is no medicine to treat back pain- actually it doesn't need. Some light exercises also can help you depending upon the intensity and site.
If possible you can try acupuncture. It is the only therapy which can treat back pain with good success.
