Meditate on the scripture "For I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content" and "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me" Philippians 4:11,13. Trust God, He will take care of you.

Can you receive encouragement and fortification from another person? Someone who believes and has values similar to you? Can you make your meditation for shorter, more frequent periods, thus maintaining focus more fully? As distractions may indicate the very need of meditation, maybe determining to persevere is the only way. If so, persist and keep persisting, you won't remain in that state permanently, as something HAS to give (all things change). The mind is a jumpin' monkey, keep yanking the chain and get that thing settled. Also, when the finances straighten out, you may find abundance violating your concentration as did lack; you may as well press on continually, thus developing your devotion.
Your spirituality is your connection to the realm of all answers, support and guidance. The material world, its finances, challenges and demands is only one aspect of our lives, and the most transitory at that.
Blessing you and wanting for your peace.

Bring the two to one. Meditate through whatever you do, meaning when you do something, stay in the moment, concentrate exactly on what you're doing. Do not let other thoughts or worries distract you. If you get your mind into that state, it is a meditation by itself... Also, read OSHO for good meditation techniques. We live in this physical world and we have to adjust to it; we have to become meditative in whatever we do. The key is not to get into any extremes and keep the balance.

I do not see a connection between financial problems and spiritual meditation. If it is your financial problems bother your meditation, then why to meditate unnecessarily? You can better continue thinking about solutions for your problem. Or is it that sense of business mind we grow from our childhood, even praying to God “If you give me this, I will give you this”? God is not an avra-cadavra magician to give us miracles getting His favors. My perception is, stop worrying about meditations, start thinking about your problems realizing that God is near you always and will give you the strength to overcome your obstacles, if you strive hard.

If you are human it is obvious that you will be disturbed the way you are. Allow the tension to pass thru yourself, give it a freedom to go through you journey to meditation and you will see from that the tension getting healed and a positivity developing in the form of solution and strength. Never try to wave away the disturbing thoughts otherwise it may revert.

There is a teaching that the more we fight something, the more
it comes at us! Stop fretting over bills. And make time for your mediation. They have a sayng in the West." Let go, and let God."
But take practical steps on the material level as well. They worry
us to death about bills. But even Big Government is in Debt, and they make their monthly payments, and Life goes on!

Simple here's two. Look at others problem's around the world, sever. remember the parable when Jesus walked on the water and was it peter who got out the boat to walk to him. He walked on water until the waves and wind made him take his focus of the Lord then he started to sink. Jesus will grab your hand and lift you up if you keep the faith it may be difficult. But if you focus and praise him thanking him daily for the small things that we take for granted, help others in life . The pure at heart shall see God. stay focused on him and you will walk a top the water.

I understand where you are. I to am surrounded with financial problems in my life. We just filed bankruptcy, lost our house, car, truck, all that we had worked so long for. But in the midst of it all there wasn't a single day when God didn't provide for us. And when we felt that we didn't have anything. We realized that the things we had lost wasn't really what we needed. God is there with you in your time of trouble, and he will help you to get through it. Just have faith and belive. When you do without you are never really needy. God provides for you.
