I don't mean sexually, well not JUST sexually. As in, talking about relationship stuff, wanting to talk to you/see you all the time. Acting kind of like a girl would..... He's good looking and intelligent, and it appears that he could have any girl. So why is he acting like this? I kinda like it, but I have never had a guy act like this until about 4 months into a relationship... if then even.

To clarify for a couple of posts..... as a 26 year old woman who has been treated HORRIBLY by men, this is a change for me. This change scares me. Not that all men are pigs, I understand that. But with my luck, I have not found any who aren't. So please understand my shock at finding someone who appears to want a committed, loving relationship. And yes, typically it is the female who falls for the man first. Just in my experience in dealing with my friends.

Too late.

He is moving fast to ULTMATELY move in sexually.

He is a rabbit, damn it. 20's!!!! Hello?????

And face it, most woman in their 20's will give it up to a "good looking" guy.

Intelligence --> not that relevant.

Good looking ----> Cool, but after 15 minutes you better know something!

What do you mean "acting like a girl would"? It's attitudes like these that fuel the rampant stereotypes of men. You should be happy that you've finally found a decent man who respects you and cares for you. Apparently you think only girls have the right to go chasing and enquiring after their partner while a guy should be a cold, unfeeling block of wood who grunts and watches football games all the time. If that's your impression of what men "should" be like, then you should change this attitude. I don't see why you have to compare him to other men. You said "I kinda like it", well then WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM? If you like it, why are you obsessing over it?

OK, so you're shocked at finding a guy who is not a pig. Well, if you were expecting to find a pig, why date at all? Deep down, you knew there were 'non-pigs' out there and you would find them one day. That was your motivation for dating. Well, that day has come, shouldn't you be dancing a jig?

And I don't agree that "women fall for guys first". That's bull.

He is young, dumb and full of (well you get some of the picture.) Never judge a book by it's cover just cause he is a looker doesn't mean he automatically has experience with women.

Bottom line: Congrates you have a leaper and he will just leap into anything relationship wise up to marriage. Just go easy on him.
