Just go right up to him in some quiet spot and tell him.

just be you...get to know him...give him a few hints that you have feelings for him...if he dosent get them then go and ask him about maybe havin a relationship...you never know he might like you too but is shy himself and scared you might not like him like that...

Get to know him more until you feel comfortable around him. Then stare into his eyes and let your eyes tell what your heart feels.
