Three years ago I started having difficulty urinating. I began taking saw palmetto since then. I don't know if it is helping me because when I urinate, I still "dribble". Lately, I started supplementing with "Tadenan" (pygeum africanum). I noticed a little improvement. Does anyone know of some supplements which could be effective in reducing my enlarged prostrate?

if your PSA is 7 you'll need some prescriptions from the doc. and i think that you'll need to have a piece of your prostate for biopsy in order to rule out malignancy. it's a short procedure.
