All we know suggests there is no life after death. But then again, five hundred years ago we knew not that Earth is a sphere. One hundred years ago we knew no open heart surgery. Twenty years ago we knew no Internet. Ten years ago we knew not the human genome. Medical science has invented a thousand ways to cure diseases, extended life expectancy and improved the quality of life. However, it seems we are helpless when it gets to life and death. And yet, patients come out of comas after 20 years and patients suffer remission for no reason. Some call them miracles. Others don't.
When people come back after clinical death, they report visions of light, tunnels etc. Doctors say that it is the brain dying. Others argue it is the soul passing on. Ultimately, we may never know. Religion is a leap of faith. Faith is belief against all reason, with no evidence, no rational explanation. Life after death is a matter of faith. You may believe or you may not. There's no real way of proving or disproving it.

Probably no more worries. Every religion will tell you there is life after death. So it will depend on your religion to tell you what kind of live. One thing for sure is, all religions will teach you to love your neighbours, be kind and share your wealth. Personally, I know if there is hell, I most probably will have to go there for a little while as I am just a normal person in the modern world, meaning, I don't share all my wealth, I don't love my neighbours because I don't know them, I gamble (or take risk) and I approve of with sex before marriage.

Life after death is called the afterlife where your spirit will dance with the angels in The Garden of Eden.

life does continue after death!!(though none of us know how it is.. :))
there will come a day when all the dead will be raised from their graves and be presented before their lord.
those who followed the right path, the truth ...will receive their book of deeds and be submitted to heaven where they'll experience many wonderful things which they have never heard of..
while those who followed the part of the satan, the evil one...will be tortured and sent to hell...he'll repent as he burns in the fires of hell....
which one do u want to choose?

When a person dies their spirit lives on. Be it in a place of "good" or "not so good" depends on if the person had faith in Christ. When a person dies, their present day physical body is dead and no more, Upon the second coming of Christ our spirits will be reunited with our bodies. Our bodies will then be perfect. No need for a doctor, or police, or an army, or lawyers, No need to go on a diet, wear glasses, take medication--we will be in perfect form. Perfect in body forms, (no one will be ugly) perfect mentality, love, peace, freedom from sin. This is what our new life will be like in Heaven. Heaven, the place God gives us and where our sinless spirit and perfect body will be joined.

There is no soul sleep of the righteous. Only the damned sleep in their graves. Those that have died in Christ now reside in heaven.
The spiritual bodies of the righteous will result from the joining of their heavenly natures with their resurrected bodies at the second coming and final judgment.
Those that are damned will awake from their sleep to be judged and join Satan in their separation from God in Hell.

It is were you will be when the body is done! You have a soul in there that lives forever, the bible says we get an angelic body and will ive with the Lord for eternity, or if you reject him you will spend it in the lake of fire, go read John!
