I had my TSH, T3 and T4 checked and here's the result:
TSH: 0.382 (normal value:0.27-4.2ulU/ml); T3:1.67 (normal value:1.3-3.10nmol/L; T4:192.2 (Normal value:66-181). Will somebody help me interpret the results? My T4 value is above the normal value. I suspect my thyroid gland (malfunctioning) because while my appetite is good, I keep losing weight. Not abruptly but over a period of time. Two years ago I weighed 150 lbs, now I weigh 138 lbs. My height is 5' 10", male, 66 years old.

Your values aren't off that much. Was the testing done in the morning or the afternoon. TSH is at its lowest around 2PM. Usually you are supposed to test it first thing in the morning. To figure out what's going on in more detail, I suggest another morning TSH, along with a Free T4, Free T3, and an antibody test. The frees are the actual amounts of T4 & T3 that are available to use by the body. If these are high, then it could indicate you have an overactive thyroid gland.
