you may have irritable bowel syndrome.. it means that your intestine is especially sensitive to some type of foods and spicy stuff are first among the list.. others could be chocolate, extremely hot or cold food, mayonaise, milk, etc... when you mean you don't feel well do you mean you have diarrhea? if it's diarrhea then it could be IBS, and you may need to cut down or avoid spicy foods. ;-) when these happens, do not attempt to take antidiarrhea drugs but just go home and let it all go because antidiarrheal will stop the diarrhea but in IBS you need to let the toxins from the spices go out so you'll need to defecate it all out. just take gatorade or hydrite to replace your losses and to avoid dehydration, however, if the diarrhea is severe, you'll have to get to a hospital and get intravenous fluids into your vein to replace your losses fast.
IBS could be a lot of pain socially speaking because i have it too but if you avoid what triggers it you'll be fine. :-)

hi, 'some of us' can not digest the chemicals in the spicy stuff easily like some of us who can't digest milk proteins after a certain age. But the spicy stuff is different, it is linked to your genes, if you can't you can't forever (unless new technology gives us some new ways of genetic engineering).
A recommended approach is that you try taking gelusil or similar tablets/ gels after eating your spicy stuff.
