Who knows anymore.
I don't think they know. I believe it is because they don't get a chance to find out who and what they really are. I believe they don't get the nurturing that they need as children and grow up in this fast paced world trying to fill up the void with something or someone who does not have the power and never could.
For the woman who stops and feels, for the one who wants for nothing but desires man; I would say she wants from a man what shes found herself and then its a team-ship they sail the sea, he at stern to guide and she at sail for strength.

5- Steady Career, you don't want to end up with a guy who can't even make his own car payments. Basically number 5 is a sugarcoated way of saying: He should have money. Not stinking rich, but money.
