would not think so most contries in africa speak english as there first langauge now as most of them were conqured by england.

What kind of a question is this? In Africa they usually speak English and another language, because Europeans or America never came over to China and tried to take over they probably speak it worse.

Logically Yes!!! with the reason being... firstly they are larger in population and secondly majority of them can communicate in english (i mean... are able to convey their message)
