Sweet N Sour, I almost agree with you except the gift of tounges is nothing with learning. The gift of tounges is a miraclous display of a language that one was not able to speak before hand.
But I would say to answer the original question. Go to a Pentacostal Church, they speak in tounges all the time and dont' interpet it. IT means whatever your "heart" is telling you! By the way it sounds just like the American pentacostal tounges speaking!

Actually, the gift of tongues is not as most people think it is.
If you understood how a young man of 19 could learn a difficult language such as Czech or Hungarian in just a few weeks, and be able to teach people about God in their native language, then you might understand what the gift of tongues really is.

You cant just ask a question like that and expect to get a clear answer . interpreting tongues is a gift from God and not a question for Yahoo questions

It means you should take another hit of acid and hang out under the interstate overpass. I'm sure of it as this is a fairly common phenomenon with users of Yahoo answers. Don't worry though, it has affected all of us.......................

That you are about to become a musician. Write these words down and use them as the chorus of your first song.

I don't think it was from the Lord. It could have been from what you're drinking, smoking...whatever. Maybe your stomach is telling you to eat something.

I think you'd better read up on and consider the unpardonable sin: grieving the Holy Spirit, for which there is no forgiveness.
