yeah, it is a little freaky that she just died. But ya know....I wonder if there wasn't some kind of conspiracy. You know how there was a big dispute about the money she inherited from the old guy she was married to??? I wonder if someone didn't poison her.
But anyway, I am a worry wart too. And I don't think there's anything wrong with being cautious, like not taking huge risks, cuz you know it could be a very bad decision. That's just being smart, and using your survival skills. But at the same time just try not to let it hold you back too much. And as far as dying from cancer, you can only do so much to prevent it, but the truth is, everyone dies eventually. It's something that's hard to come to terms with, and a lot of people are scared of it, cuz they don't understand it. But if you know there is something more after this life, and something better to look forward to, it might be easier to accept.

I am so sorry to hear this. Most people can control their fear of the unknown. I have resolved to understand that everyone is going to die. I also know that how we live is how we will be remembered. I strive only to provide a good existence for my family and try to send them off into the world with the optimism to succeed. However, I do have moments of doubt, and feel like not getting up, What's the use? If you feel this strongly, about your situation, then it may be time to seek professional help. A psychologist might be able to help you sort your feelings and get a better grip on life for you in the now and the future. Maybe help you come to a better balance. I hope all gets better for you and good luck.

Anxiety attacks or panic attacks are real. If this is affecting your life this much then seeking professional medical advice may not be such a bad idea. These attacks can make you feel like you are dying. You probably need to figure out what made you get this way to begin with. Were you always like this? If not then when can you remember when this first happened or what triggered these thoughts and anxiety attacks? I hope you are able to resolve this. Good luck:)

It seems almost for sure you never were taught to believe and trust in God as managing this world . There are many things keeping us safe in this life and we can rely on them . Being in a panic about tomorrow is not normal and shows there has been a lot of stress and a severe depression causing the release of unbalanced chemicals into the brain fluid. The lower brain is the automatic brain and is responsible for panics after these chemicals allow it to transfer messages to the wrong areas of the upper thinking brains. Fortunately you have managed to remain balanced but it needs to be enhanced by being safe in a safe place.

Therapy and Zoloft will really help. I know therapy sounds crazy (no pun intended) but a good one will help you understand why you feel certain ways, they don't know the answers, but they help draw the answers out of you. You cannot control the future, so it doesn't help to worry about it, it just keeps the cycle going and makes it worse. Start living in the moment, right here right now, and it might help shake the worrying out of you. And Zoloft will help, too.

You should start thinking positive. live for the NOW. When you change the way you think, things start to change. Try to relax and get a hobby to keep your mind healthy and positive. Hope you feel better.

Have you heard someone said to you "don't worry'. That is right, I f the problem is small, you don't have to worry beacuse it will fix it by itself. if the problem is too big, you don't have to worry, beacuse it won't be fixed. Good luck and take care

I get that sometimes...but then i remember that God will take me when he wants too, i think you should try and forget about it, but be prepared. Stay focused...and clear out your mind. Think about the good times, not the bad.
