By going to cadaver labs and seeing the anatomy up close and personal! Once you get past the initial eeewww factor that it is a dead body on the table with out any skin and its skull hacked in half and be very professional about it......it's actually a very interesting experience.....if you have any questions or need help with a particular question or need help understanding something please feel free to email me at tlewis7721@yahoo.com I was very good at anatomy physiology. It is really quite easy to understand once you get the basics.....

I highly recommend "The Anatomy Coloring Book" by Kapit and Elson (check Amazon.com). There's a lot of information in there and the coloring process helps you take it in. When you're done it makes a colorful reference book.
