No, I don't think so. Some act like they do but they're just being hateful. Not all white people are racist and not all black people are bitter. Anyone who judges someone on the history of what their race did is an closeminded moron. Race is really such a small part of who we really are. Skin color is meaningless.

You can't answer a question like that without making generalizations. Maybe you should try asking if most black people still resent white people or take a poll or something. I have no idea. I resent racists and ignorant white people but people are people. I can't resent all white people and I can't say that all black people resent white people. I can't say I wouldn't understand if there are African Americans that are still resentful.

I am white and have been dating a black gal for 12 years. We get the strangest looks from both other white and black people. Some black people say to her... Cant you stay with your own colour? And some of the white people put there head down shaking it. I suspect they're thinking the same thing. Even my own family disowned me for dating a black gal. They barely could sand my ex wife which was full blooded Navajo Indian.

Prejudice? Alive and well and still an integral part of the American way.

How can you say that you dont resent white people and then say that you think there are ignorant white people out there and racist white people but not even mention the black people out there who are ignorant and racist? There are racist people out there and there always will be. So the answer to your question is yes.

I would say in you sum it up there are way more whites who
resent blacks and other minority groups than black people
resenting whites. Most if not all black people in the US deal
with whites on a day to day basis, at work, business, health
care and even on personal levels as friends and family. How-
ever there are many whites who live isolated only in white
communities never seeing any other races, yet alone involved
with blacks on a social or business related level. They tend to
place everyone in generalities when in fact all people have
different interest and expectations. I'm sure that you can
associate with people of color that have similar interest of
your own and have a mutually respectable relationship if you
are willing to meet them half way.

Some do, and some dont, but if you cut a white person and a black person, we all bleed the same right? So whats the difference? People of many different cultures have their own perspectives of other people and there ain't much you can do about it. I feel no one is different and no one is better then anyone, although there is alot of people who does, no matter the color of your skin. Read A People's History of the United States by Howard Zinn and anybody will understand why they still want to kill whity. I'm not saying it's right. I'm saying, there have always been powerful people that want to keep it that way.

Look at what's happening now with the illegal immigrant issue. This is perpetuated by the power players in our current government to goad the lower classes to fight amongst themselves while they rob them blind.

We need to rise up above the hate and unite to fight the power and stick it to the man.

I'm glad someone finally asked it. Yes. They do.. If you listen to black people talk, some say racial things like : joke about white people or how they have it so hard cause they are black or get offended when people talk about slavery...well, slavery was horrible, but the younger generation of black men and women have NO expierience with it just like us!Today's generation did not participate in slavery ever. What the slaves went through was disgusting and wrong, but WE DIDN'T DO IT!There are alot of black people who make big racial issues out of nothing, some claim to be victomized because of the color of thier skin. The last time I checked, black people of America have the same rights and opportunities as us...sometimes more, even! No one wants a lawsuit because a black person claims discrimination. Some get picked first for jobs, scolarships, and much more because everyones scared of lawsuits for discrimination. I'm glad to see black people doing well, but I do not like them throwing it in our faces when they shouldn't blame our generation at all. Please don't get the wrong idea about me either, some of my best and closest friends are black. But I do have an opinion and I stand by it 100 percent. I think we need to put ourselves in each others shoes for awhile...have some empathy for one another. P.S. This question isn't about other races or colors, it's about white and black people...and everyone knows what the question is, I don't see what adding the word 'Most' is gonna do. Also, if you condone hate in specific groups of people, you condone hate period. you can't say it's ok for certain ppl, but not for others.

Depends on who they are and where they come from. But, some white people resent black people too. All people hate different colored people. Any time anything bad happens we blame it on their skin color. It's all stupid and we all need to just except one another for who we are and not our skin color.
