School buses on highways. They have a governor that sets their top speed at 45 and the highways around here are 2 lane at 65. So EVERYONE will pass them, all of us squeezing into 1 lane to do so, slowing up the entire section of the highway. It's like a moving roadblock. And these buses are on the road during rush hour, which means high congestion on the roads and higher speeds than off-peak times, so the knot that forms along the bus is really bad.
Of course, cell phone talkers are really starting to gripe me, they are so inconsistent, sitting in the fast lane at a slow speed talking or changing lanes without signaling, since they have no extra hand to turn the signal ... but those buses give me an extra aggravation since they shouldn't even BE on the highway, in my opinion, they are so slow.

Their individual liberty to squander a finite resource. This problem is being addressed at International Level apart from the
influence of citizens of a Nation State making 'The Rules'.
Sources of petrol outside National control of USA are being purchased by the largest growing industrial nation on the
planet. You cannot purchase what will soon be in short supply.
This is where USA liberty can begin change. Will whatever
takes away USA industry also maintain the previous liberties?

I drive a Ford Ranger with a standard transmission ( and nice big thick steel bumpers), and I constantly have people pull right up onto my rear bumper when I'm on a hill. (I had this happen a few days ago, a Mercedes pulled right up behind me so close, i let off the clutch when the light turned green and my trailer hitch rode about halfway up his hood. He got ticketed for not leaving adaquite room behind another vehilce or something like that, and paid for the Matte Black paint job on my bumper.)
Also people with these little "rice rockets" that dart between lanes in and out of traffic cutting everyone off only to be 3 car lengths ahead of you at the next set of lights, or the people the will run right up onto your bumper and not back off, tailgaters suck (rear ended many times, and yet the steel bumper and trailer hitch prevail without damage, it acts as a cutter, quite funny to see afterwords.)
AND MY BIGGEST is people who do not pay attention because thier talking on a cell phone and are to into thier conversation to realize you are also on the road with them and have no respect for you.

Sitting behind someone at a busy intersection trying to make a left turn while they're chatting on the phone and missing opportunities to make their turn.
Oh ya and the driver who puts his left turn signal on when the light turns green rather then in advance so you can switch lane and now you have no chance of going around him/her and stuck behind him till the next green.

I would say not following the rules of the road....driving under the speed limit in normal conditions, not using turn signals, not speeding up to merge on highways, not yielding to other cars when appropriate, and blowing stop signs.

it's one of two things
first of all drivers ride on your rear bumper thinking it's going to make you go faster
For people that do this **** you
Secondly is drivers who wait till the last possible second to change lanes before the lane ends

Drivers who drive slow in the fast lane, see you coming up on them in the rear view and intentionally drive slower.

When they are going the speed limit, see a cop, and then drop 10 miles under the speed limit. What is the point in that?

Women in SUV's that hop on the expressway, shoot into the fast lane going 75mph and then after going about 2 miles, shoot over to the slow lane, and exit.
