Is long straight hair suitable for round-faced girls?

Is long straight hair including the fringe suitable for round-faced girls?Or should the fringe be short,and the rest of the hair long?

Long straight hair makes our fat / round faces look thinner. I always look thinner and more "grown up" when I have my hair down. Its because the long straight hair pulls the eye down. So, YES!! :-)
