The majority of the stores like this in my area where I live are owned by Muslims according to islam these things are haram.
Should we try to talk to these people about it

Unfortunately, I know of "Muslims" who own convenience stores and they sell ALL of these things (minus the alcohol) since I am in Canada and government regulates this.

But the point is that their deeds are for them, and your deeds are for you. Maybe if you nicely remind them the money from these things is haram, but don't be strict about it.

Allah will judge them for what they used to do. Just make sure you are making your prayers daily, and being a good Muslim.

Many people are named Muslims but have nothing to do with Islam.. Quite sad though..
May Allah guide them..

I guess u shld, and ur right it is haram, i hope they c the right way soon. It wld be very nice of u to try, and Allah wld probably be very pleased 2.
