It sounds to be like you're doing too much to your skin. Trying taking a break from all the products you use. Some products are probably causing more problems than helping you. Here's my advice:
1. do you have bangs? if so, keep them our of your face. if you use styling products, place a wash cloth over your face before spraying the products. Grow your bangs out!
2. what type of skin do you have, oily, dry, comb? use cream cleansers for dry skin and foam cleansers for oily. i have comb skin. in the am i use a noxema scrub and the pm target brand facial cleansing clothes.
3. if you want to continue using anti acne products, start with once a day. don't go all crazy using it 3 times a day. like I side the product may be irritating your skin.
4. make sure you keep your sheets/pillowcases clean. wash them weekly or more. oil from you skin/hair deposits onto you bedding, may be causing a bit of a problem.
5. don't pile on a bunch of makeup, use a loose powder just to soak up oil.
I hope this helps. acne sucks! I know!!

First, attempt sparkling and sparkling variety or Neutrogena. purchase a cleanser, toner, and moisturizer. sparkling, tone, moisturize, morning and evening. Get benzoyl cream inclusive of Neutrogenas 'On-the-spot' pimples treatment, for at the same time as pimples pop up. If this does no longer paintings, bypass to a dermatologist. think ofyou've got some extreme pimples.

I have the same problem. I go to bed at 8:30 and wake at about 6:20(because I am only in Elementary School) I wash my face and my face got a little better but they are still there. My sister says scrub your face hard with hot water. I haven't tried it yet, but I will.

You need to be cleansed internally. Take 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in an 8 oz. glass of water 2 times per day. Gets rid of toxic build up. No matter what anyone says it really works. I was still getting pimples at 49 until I tried this tonic. Now I am pimple free. Costs pennies. Get at local grocery strore. Makes hair and nails super long super fast.

Try steaming your skin. Boil some water and put it in a basin and then standwith your head above it and then cover with a towel (like a little tent). You'll see you can only do it for a while because you can't breathe very well but it opens up the pores. Then wash your face with a piple wash. It will work wonders...

dont worry, it will be alright.
using too much of facial scrub is not good. scrub should be used once in 15 days.
try to apply olive oil in the scar area, with the cotton, and try to stand in the early morning sun for about 5 minutes.
do not try to touch the pimple or remove using your nails. because this may cause infection, and it develops more.
keep stress free, drink more of water and tender coconut too.
drink carrot and orange juice.

Hope your hormones are too disturbed, that is one of the cause. Rinse and use face wash containing, tea tree oil. Don't use too many scrubs on the face, that aggravates the sebaceous glands more. Don't pinch on pimples, let them dry on their own. You can use some creams overnight on fresh pimples to subside them. Make sure your system is cleansed well.

Whatever you do...Do NOT pop your pimples..makes more scars, and dents and they show when you grow older. Use less facial scrubs...try natural. wash face with hot water everynight, morning. (soap) And try the steam treat (place your head above a hot water bowl, face downwards, towel placed over head and tucked around the bowl...the steam cleans out your pores.) CLOGGED PORES IS THE CAUSE OF PIMPLES, SO KEEP IT CLEAN!!
Good luck! =)

i think you've done almost everything in preventing pimples. just don't always touch your face because your hands are the best carriers of germs. in your case, which the pimples appear on the forehead, try having a headband or tie your hair to keep your hair away from your face.
