im going to do situos tiill i cant nomore....eve when its hurts terribly bad everyday..........im tired of not having abs...........

training the abs daily won't get you any closer to a 6-pack you need to reduce your current level of body fat. abdominal training burns minimal amounts of energy to complete.

if your body fat is already low then you need to use weighted abdominal training to increase the size of the rectus abdominis.

great abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym...

When you do too many of the same abs workouts, they begin to become ineffective. Try working out your abs every other day, and change up what excercises you do. Overworking your abs will not help you.

but if you do that then you will need a LOT of protein in your diet to help rebuild the muscles fibers back....
