Nothing as long as you don't hurt others to please yourself. You're not on the planet by yourself. It's ok to be selfish once in awhile but not to the point where other people have to sacrifice for you all the time.
Being decent has nothing to do with religion or any deity.

it means you thing you are more important than anyone else, and are not concerned enough about another person to help them or be concerned about their feelings or problems...and some peoples problems could be a life and death situation....but being a selfish person you can only see you..and could care less
