can i fix the problem of flat feet i want this to be low cost and something that is easy to find please thankyou

this persons lost there arch not completely but lost it

you cant fix it because the problem is in the structure of the feet, meaning there is the problem in the bones. you can prevent the arch of your foot from dropping by purchasing a medial arch wedge. you can buy it in a pharmacy.

Just get arch support inserts. If you go to a podiatrist, you'll end up spending AT LEAST $500 on a pair of "custom made" inserts. Trust me, you can hardly tell the difference between an insert that costs $1000 or one that's $25. You should also make sure you have good shoes, with proper support. Almost all New Balance shoes will help, but there are many other options. Personally, I like wearing basketball shoes, because of the support they have.

Please, I request that you go to a really good podiatrist (foot dr.). There are things that can/will be done. At least, maybe some kind of orthodics. Something. Not sure about surgery--but go in with questions to get the answers. Take care.

a guy i know has flat feet .hes in denial lol...... try a chiropractor he might could help you . sorry for spelling
