well, i don't know how it feels for the guy ( LOL )... but yes, for a woman you can feel a difference.
no better, no worse. you can just feel a difference. you either feel flesh inside you or latex.
to figure it out for yourself - put a finger inside you without a latex glove on and then place a finger inside you with a latex glove on. that's the difference.

Hmm have not tried it without! But I'm sure it must be better without- I mean plastic is sticky and annoying. I don't know if sex itself would be different, but the sensation upon insertion I'm guessing would be. And some of the foreplay :-) Hope that helped!

For a girl, there really is no difference. For a guy, there probably is a bit of a difference.

yeah a little well im a guy....and its not as good...it feels kind of weird like when you where a plastic glove for to long..i dont know for the girl but u wouldnt be warmed up when the guy...err...you know
