do they work?

They work well, but not as well as the "professional" strength bleaching solution at your dentist office. The whitening strips are 6.5% peroxide.....the Professional strength is between 12% and 30%. The Crest whitening strips will work, but it will take longer to bleach your teeth. The upside of these whitening strips are, that it is cheaper and they don't sensitize your teeth as much as the Professional strength. Makes sure you press the "strips" hard so they come in contact in the crevices.

Good luck

Truthfully, try not to use them. Use a whitning agent already in your tooth paste, preferrably crest. The strips have been known to strip the enamal off your teeth. It's sort of like bleaching your teeth and that's not good trust me.

I have been told by my friends that they work, so I tried them. Unfortunately, I have several dead teeth and some root canal fillings, so all my teeth changed to being a different color. I'm sure it will go back to the way it was in a very short time though.
