The way you worded your question, I assume that you are starting from black hair and wanting to go blonde. There is no home remedy that can accomplish such a thing. Lemon juice can lighten (brighten) hair that is already light. But if you are dark and try doing it, you'll end up with reddish/orangey hair. NOT an appealing color!

If you are black and you want blonde hair you should leave it to a professional colorist. What you are desiring can be a difficult feat for a pro, muchless someone who doesn't know what they are doing! You'd end up with a mess and then would end up paying big bucks to have a color correction done.
