i just want a translation from english to japanese but using roman alphabet and not japanese characters.

Since you're only asking for romanization, you might want to try this website:
http://j-talk.com/nihongo/
You can input Japanese text and convert it on fly into romaji. (Select "Kanji to Romaji") There are other options for you to try as well if you're learning the language. It's pretty accurate, but remember: that's a machine translation so it's not 100%. (Which you could only reach with human checking)
