It is hard to determine what your dream means without knowing that much about it... especially depending on the appearance of the hands. What did the hands look like, were they gnarled, clean looking, unpleasant? For, instance if the hands were dirty and/or their appearance unpleasant, it is a warning against behavior that could bring you ill-repute. The bright light represents the glory and Presence of God. Also,God is showing you that He is about the extend the miracle working power of His hands into your life to work deliverance in a area of your life. When the Presence of God shows up like that all yokes, bondages, and strongholds are destroyed.
